Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Shift Differential: $3.50 for shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM

Starting Wage for New Graduates: $36/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
  • Assist patients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
  • Assign tasks, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
  • Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.

  • Make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Deliver nursing care competently and knowledgeably.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
