Description Provide legal counsel on matters related to investment management and regulatory compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, disclosures, and other legal documents. Advise on SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory requirements impacting the investment management industry. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards. Support business development by identifying and mitigating legal risks in new initiatives. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the professional services industry. Assist in managing disputes and litigation related to investment management operations. Provide training and guidance on compliance and legal best practices. Profile A successful candidate should have: A law degree and admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulations related to investment management. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for legal documents. Ability to provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in the professional services industry or a similar setting.
