A market position – 4 current FSEDs; 2 more under construction opening this year; another one that hasn’t broken ground yet, starting construction early next year. Will eventually be a total of 7 FSEDS Supporting 2 executive teams (Trident & Summerville hospitals) Reports to ACNO 2 FSEDs report to Summerville Lots of opportunity for growth and supporting 2 hospitals – unique position Volume varies – some are 53 a day, highest is 65. Monks is more rural – high acute stuff Centerpoint -more inner city James Island – has tourism – BP – more suburb – strong payer mix; Each location has ~12 beds Lots of opp for growtn and supporting 2 hospitals – unique position Point of care lab: nurses do lab testing – no lab in house; Locations haven nurses, doc, security guard and EVS worker. Employee engagement and patient satisfaction is good 3 managers total
