We’re hiring a School Based Therapist in Stuart, Virginia who wants predictable hours, meaningful impact, and strong support.

You’ll step into an outpatient, school-based role focused on counseling students and supporting staff within an integrated behavioral health model. Your office will be located inside a high school, where you will provide in-person therapy and occasional telehealth services to partner sites. You will collaborate closely with medical and pharmacy teams and experience true warm hand-offs in action.

Compensation & Benefits
\n • LCSW: $30.90–$42.23 per hour
\n • LPC: $28.84–$40.17 per hour

The position includes providing in-person counseling with Patrick County Schools students and staff and technology-based services to other Tri-Area sites and community partners.

The BHP office is based out of Patrick County High School. The position is year-round, full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends. The staff member will provide integrated behavioral healthcare through warm hand-offs, counseling, and be involved in outreach.

\n

Preference will be given to those with experience providing integrated care, preferably in a Federally Qualified Health Center and/or Free Clinic.

\n

The position will include collaboration with medical and pharmacy staff.
