FL - NP shifts in Port Charlotte - PRN June 10-July 25

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for June 10, 13, 23, & 24 and July 21, 22, & 25 at their Corporate Health clinic in Port Charlotte, FL. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Tuesday & Wednesday 6:00am-6:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break and Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm. Staffing model is 2 providers, 3 Medical Assistants, and 1 Behavioral Health Counselor. Candidates must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. DOT Certification is helpful, but not required.\n
