Job Description
\n - Work Dates needed: 7/6/26-10/16/26
\n - Monday-Friday 8:00A-5:00P
\n - Duties: Provide care for both scheduled and walk in work related injuries and urgent care patients
\n - Setting: Outpatient clinic
\n - Requirements: Active OR license, BLS, DEA and DOT Certification. Providers must be DOT Certified prior to starting their first shift.
\n - EMR: Allscripts
\n - Pay: $80.00-$85.00 per hour plus travel however local candidates are preferred.
