Job Summary

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Neurology team in Longview, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered neurological care in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in neurology or a related specialty and be comfortable managing a variety of neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

    Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of neurological conditions

    • \n
  • \n

    Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits

    • \n
  • \n

    Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and physical exams

    • \n
  • \n

    Order and interpret diagnostic studies including imaging and labs

    • \n
  • \n

    Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

    • \n
  • \n

    Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR

    • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

    • \n

Qualifications

  • \n

    Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant

    • \n
  • \n

    National certification (NCCPA)

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous neurology or related experience preferred

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • \n
