Our Orthopedic program is experiencing significant growth, characterized by increased specialization, a robust patient base, and a strong commitment to excellence in joint replacement surgery.

We are currently looking for a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Joint Arthroplasty Surgeon to join our expanding and vibrant team. This position offers a unique chance to perform both primary and revision joint replacement surgeries in a community-focused, high-volume center, supported by a dedicated research team. You will collaborate with passionate colleagues who are committed to enhancing patients' quality of life through advanced joint care and innovative surgical methods.

• Assessing and managing hip and knee joint disorders that require both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
• Conducting primary and revision total joint arthroplasty for the hip and knee, utilizing advanced technologies and ambulatory surgery center resources.
• Maintaining precise documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, pain management, and primary care, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, team meetings, and ongoing education.
• Providing orthopedic call coverage as needed.
• Engaging in teaching and research through academic affiliations (optional involvement).

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Joint Arthroplasty
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven expertise in primary and revision total joint arthroplasty
• Preferred proficiency in robotic-assisted and computer-navigated surgical techniques
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Experience in community outreach and engagement is advantageous
