\n the base of Mt. Shasta. It is a 25 bed, critical access hospital, level III
\n trauma center, with three rural health clinics and a new Emergency
\n Department. Mt. Shasta is a small rural community that is sure to make

\n Mt. Shasta has a catchment area of 17,000 lives and is surrounded by
\n lakes, hiking, skiing lifts and many more amazing outdoor adventures. This
\n is an amazing opportunity to provide healthcare services to a rural
\n community and enjoy the natural beauty of Northern California.

\n We are currently recruiting for an FP/OB, who would be working in our
\n clinic and hospital as an employed physician. Must be qualified to handle c-sections.
\n The current schedule is 4 days a week, 10hr days, plus 1 in 3 hospital
\n coverage.

The employment offer:
\n Base Salary Starting at $260,000 (not including call pay, WRVu Bonus, or retention bonus)

First Year Estimated Compensation $380,000+

Sign-on bonus of $50,000

This is a direct employment with a non-profit, and will qualify for PSLF loan waiver.
