A Brief Overview
\n Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

Education Qualifications
\n • Other Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing or (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing required

Skills and Abilities

\n
• Knowledge of nursing process and practice. (Required proficiency)
\n
• Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (i.e. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. (Required proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

\n
• Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio Upon Hire (Required) and
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire (Required)
\n
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) May be required based on clinical area standards.
\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) May be required based on clinical area standards.
