Locums Tenens General Dentist or Pediatric Dentist Needed in Greeley, CO

Assignment Dates: August 5th start - 2 months with option to extend

Schedule/Shifts: 2-3 days a week - 8am - 4pm
\n
Patient Volume: 8 patients + 20-30 hygiene checks
\n
Patient Type: Adolescent and Peds
\n
Procedures: Bread and Butter Pediatric Dentistry
\n
Support Staff: 3 Hygienists, 1 DAs
\n
Type of Charting: Dentrix Ascend
\n
Requirements: CO dental license, BLS, PALS preferred
\n
Reason for Need: Maternity Leave
\n
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 days
\n
Pay Rate: $1,000 to $1,150 daily
\n
Travel and Lodging Provided? Will pay for travel - prefer Mileage Only
\n
Additional Information: Looking for a dentist with extensive pediatric experience. Will accept a Pediatric Dentist who isn't board-certified.
