This highly regarded practice is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join their expanding team. The incoming surgeon will rotate between the two locations, both of which are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and supported by a strong referral base.

Compensation & Benefits:

Tiered Collections Model: Compensation grows as collections grow, offering unlimited earning potential.

Annual Guarantee: $33,333 monthly minimum guarantee during the first year, or the tiered collections model—whichever is greater.

Student Loan Support: $2,000 per month for the first year to offset student loan payments.

Relocation Assistance: Negotiable, based on candidate needs.

Continuing Education: $2,500 annual CE allowance for training, travel, and courses.
