They are looking for a Production Lead to support and guide their production team while helping drive safety, quality, and efficiency.\n

\n Production Lead Responsibilities\n
\n
    \n
  • Lead daily production activities while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
  • \n
  • Train, coach, and support production associates while coordinating workflow and shift priorities.
  • \n
  • Troubleshoot production, equipment, and material flow issues while assisting with machine setup and light maintenance as needed.
  • \n
  • Perform quality inspections, maintain production records, and communicate production updates during shift handoffs.
  • \n
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and help develop the production team.

\n Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule\n
\n

  • 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • \n
  • Work pattern: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
  • \n

\n Pay\n
\n
    \n
  • $29.00 to $36.00 per hour
  • \n
\n
\n Production Lead Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • Two or more years of recent leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • \n
  • Three to five years of extrusion, plastic injection molding, or similar manufacturing experience preferred.
  • \n
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic production issues while using hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic computer systems.
  • \n
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • \n
