\nThe Work You’ll Be Doing
\n- \n
- Program, set up, and operate ONA Wire EDM machines \n
- Develop and edit EDM programs (machine control and/or offline CAM) \n
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T \n
- Select proper wire, flushing strategy, and cutting parameters \n
- Perform setups, offsets, alignments, and first article inspections \n
- Monitor machining for accuracy, surface finish, and tolerance \n
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and comparators \n
- Troubleshoot issues (wire breaks, accuracy, process deviations) \n
- Perform routine maintenance and keep machines running efficiently \n
- Support production while machines are running (deburring, marking, etc.) \n
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and machining teams \n

\nWhat We’re Looking ForFor Operators ($20–$25/hr)

- Experience operating EDM or CNC machines \n
- Ability to read blueprints and basic GD&T \n
- Familiarity with inspection tools \n
- Strong attention to detail and reliability \n
For Programmers ($25–$30/hr)
\n- \n
- Experience programming Wire EDM (ONA preferred) \n
- Strong understanding of EDM cutting strategies and parameters \n
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and GD&T \n
- Experience with CAD/CAM or offline programming software \n
Nice to Have
