\nStaging Dimensions is expanding its CNC manufacturing capabilities and is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Fabricator to lead programming and machining operations within its 60,000-square-foot facility in New Castle, Delaware.
\nThis position plays a critical role in producing custom steel, aluminum, wood, and display-related components used in high-profile staging, exhibit, and fabrication projects. You'll have significant ownership over CNC programming, machine setup, process improvement, scheduling, and operator support.

\nThe Work You'll Be Doing
\nIn this role, you will:
\n- \n
- Program, set up, and operate CNC vertical machining centers \n
- Create and modify programs using Mastercam \n
- Edit and troubleshoot G-code and M-code at the machine \n
- Set up and break down machining centers for production runs \n
- Schedule preventative maintenance and machine cleaning activities \n
- Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and production issues \n
- Create production schedules for machining centers \n
- Train and support CNC machine operators \n
- Fabricate custom components from steel, aluminum, wood, and other materials \n
- Work with designers, engineering, and management teams to achieve customer requirements \n
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication plans \n
- Operate additional shop equipment including manual mills, press brakes, saws, drills, and lathes \n
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines \n
- Support quick-turn custom manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment \n

- 3+ years of CNC programming experience with vertical mills \n
- Strong Mastercam programming experience \n
- Experience setting up and operating CNC vertical machining centers \n
- Ability to edit and troubleshoot G-code and M-code \n
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks \n
- Experience with machine setup, tooling, offsets, and production troubleshooting \n
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings \n
- Experience working with steel and aluminum \n
- Strong fabrication and shop-floor skills \n
- Reliable transportation \n
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds \n
