About the Role\n
A leading women’s imaging center in Tucson is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join its dedicated team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a supportive environment where patient care, safety, and quality imaging are top priorities.
\nAs a valued team member, the Mammography Technologist will perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams, provide education on preventative breast health, and assist radiologists with specialized breast procedures.
\nResponsibilities\n

Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms according to physician orders and facility protocols.
\n - \n
Prepare for and assist radiologists with breast biopsies and other specialized mammography procedures.
\n - \n
Educate patients about the mammography process and promote regular preventive breast screening.
\n - \n
Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout each exam, maintaining a patient-first focus.
\n - \n
Consistently demonstrate excellent mammography positioning and exposure techniques.
\n - \n
Adhere to all radiation safety guidelines and quality control standards.
\n - \n
Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and uphold professional standards at all times.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support imaging operations.

Qualifications\n

Current ARRT (R) certification with Mammography (M) credential.
\n - \n
Active Arizona State Radiologic Technologist License.
\n - \n
Current BLS certification.
\n - \n
Minimum of 1 year of mammography experience preferred; strong clinical skills required.
\n - \n
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
\n - \n
