Work Dates Needed:As soon as credentialed until 12/31/2026. This will be strictly PRN dates as needed \n
\nPreferred Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm or 8:00am-6pm\n
\nWorksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic, alternating between the Santa Fe and Albuquerque locations\n
\nScope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals \n
\nLicenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted NM license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required prior to starting.\n
\nEMR: Allscripts\n
\nPay Rate Preferred: $80-90/hour
