Job Description
Our organization is seeking a full-time faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to enhance our dynamic academic practice in Minimally Invasive Gynecology (MIGS). This department has a strong reputation for excellence and is looking for a candidate who has completed an accredited fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery. Candidates must also be Board Eligible or Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and possess or be eligible for a New York State License. Experience in minimally invasive surgical techniques, including robotic surgery, is essential. While clinical and translational research experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical care in the treatment of complex benign gynecologic conditions.
- Engage in research activities and contribute to educational initiatives within the department.
- Collaborate with faculty across various specialties and participate in the accredited residency and fellowship programs.
Required Qualifications:
- MD or an equivalent foreign degree.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Possession of or eligibility for a New York State License.
- Completion of a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery, including experience with robotic surgery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in clinical or translational research.
