Job Description
Our organization is actively seeking both full-time and part-time OB/GYN Hospitalists to become part of our esteemed team at a leading women's hospital located in downtown Orlando.
Role OverviewAs a physician in this role, you will deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services, primarily focusing on:
- Labor & Delivery
- Postpartum care
- OB/GYN Triage
- Emergency GYN surgeries
This position also includes coverage at additional facilities within our network.
Why You Will Enjoy This Position- Full-time physicians are expected to complete 14 clinical shifts of 12 hours each monthly, which can be fulfilled through a combination of 12-hour shifts at the main hospital and 24-hour shifts at partner locations (each 24-hour shift counts as two).
- No on-call duties, with the option to take on extra shifts if desired.
- Work in a collaborative environment with 24/7 OB Anesthesia, in-house Neonatology (featuring a 142-bed Level IV NICU), APP support, and multiple OB attendings available on-site.
- Access to extensive subspecialty support, including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, UroGynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, Breast Medical and Surgical Oncology, and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
- Starting base salary of $380,000.
- A generous $50,000 sign-on bonus.
- Annual performance and retention bonuses.

- Coverage for Florida medical license, DEA registration, NICA, and ACOG membership.

- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (certification must be obtained within three years) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
