Job Description

Job Summary OIH is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Practice Administrator. This key role is essential to the efficient operation of the practice, serving as the primary point of contact and assuming responsibility for critical functions in the Practice Administrator’s absence. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in a healthcare environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including maintenance of QuickBooks for the organization and individual PCs to ensure proper cash flow management Oversee credentialing, continuing education, certifications, contracts, and related documentation Coordinate procurement and inventory of office supplies, medical equipment, and facility maintenance needs Handle on-site HR functions, including PTO calendar management, payroll time sheet processing, and staff coverage coordination Maintain the Practice Administrator’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize correspondence and documents Manage access to computer systems, email accounts, and coordinate with IT and external vendors to maintain operational efficiency Develop, update, and maintain organizational policies and procedures Organize and maintain all corporate business records and filing systems Support or lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Practice Administrator Perform additional administrative duties as required to support practice operations Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical practice setting Proficient in QuickBooks and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor High degree of discretion, judgment, and strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Prior experience in orthopedics or practice management software is preferred Reliable transportation and commitment to punctual attendance Position Details Location: Henderson, Nevada - Onsite Schedule: Full-time Reports to: Practice Administrator What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment focused on patient-centered care PI285834584
