\nPatient Volume: 21,000
\nCoverage Model: 12-hour shifts, 10 shifts per month | 15-hour mid-level coverage
\nNumber of Beds: 13 ED beds
\nAcuity: Medium
\nEMR: Electronic T Sheets
\nAdmissions/Transfers: 11% admission rate
\nQualifications
\nLicensure: Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain)
\nBoard Certification: Board certified/board eligible ABEM, ABFM, ABIM
\nExperience: Prior EM experience required
\nSkills & Procedures: Broad EM skills set appropriate for a critical access facility
\nBadges: ATLS, BLS, PALS
