\n \n Norton Childrens Radiology, affiliated with the University of Louisville (UofL) School of Medicine and part of Norton Childrens Medical Group, is seeking fellowship trained Pediatric Radiologists to join a growing, collaborative team across multiple subspecialties. This opportunity offers flexibility with two distinct career tracksclinical or academicwithin a nationally recognized pediatric healthcare system. Physicians will work in a state-of-the-art environment alongside highly specialized pediatric radiologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, and technologists, delivering high-quality imaging and care to a diverse pediatric population.\n

\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n
\n- \n
- \n \n Interpret a broad range of pediatric imaging studies across multiple modalities\n\n
- \n \n Collaborate with over 700 pediatric specialty and subspecialty providers\n\n
- \n \n Participate in multidisciplinary care and consultative services\n\n
- \n \n Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence\n\n
- \n \n (Academic track) Engage in research, medical education, and scholarly activities\n\n
- \n \n Supervise and mentor trainees, residents, and fellows as applicable\n\n
- \n \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record\n\n

\n \n Work Environment & Technology:\n

- \n \n Newly renovated pediatric radiology facilities\n\n
- \n \n Two MRI units, including a 3 Tesla (3T) MRI\n\n
- \n \n Two 256-slice CT scanners\n\n
- \n \n SPECT scanner\n\n
- \n \n Biplane interventional suite\n\n
- \n \n Fluoroscopy and digital X-ray technology (low radiation)\n\n
- \n \n Ultrasound elastography\n\n
- \n \n FerriScan for liver and cardiac iron quantification\n\n
- \n \n Advanced cardiac CT and MRI for congenital heart disease evaluation\n\n
- \n \n Practice across multiple sites, including Norton Childrens Hospital and affiliated facilities\n\n
- \n \n Collaborative partnership with UofL interventional radiology team\n\n

\n \n Compensation & Benefits:\n
\n- \n
- \n \n Base salary: $502,000 $545,000 (based on experience) + productivity bonus\n\n
- \n \n Sign-on bonus: $45,000\n\n
- \n \n Relocation assistance: $15,000 $25,000\n\n
- \n \n Fellowship recruitment incentive: up to $100,000\n\n
- \n \n Retention bonus (experienced candidates): up to $60,000\n\n
- \n \n Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) (501(c)(3) organization)\n\n
