Acclaim Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our established and collegial ENT team at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas. This position emphasizes a balanced, sustainable clinical practice within a supportive, physician-led environment.
The role is well suited for surgeons who value worklife balance, predictable scheduling, strong collegial relationships, and reliable access to the operating room, while practicing comprehensive otolaryngology in a modern, well-resourced health system. Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in both outpatient and surgical settings \n

- Perform a broad range of elective ENT surgical procedure \n

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a respectful, professional environment \n

- Supervise and work alongside experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants \n

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record \n
- \n
- Participate in shared, compensated call coverage as outlined above \n

- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school \n
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency \n
Licensure & Certification

- Eligible for or holder of an unrestricted Texas medical license \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology \n

Qualifications:
\nRequired Education Qualifications:
o Current Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited school of medicine.
\n o Residency and/or Fellowship training within Otolaryngology
Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training:
o Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas
\n o Board Certification or Board Eligible.
