\nWinchester Obstetrics and Gynecology is a premier, physician-owned practice seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife to join our well-established team. Serving the Shenandoah Valley since the 1970s, we offer a highly supportive, family-oriented environment where providers can build lasting relationships with patients and deliver exceptional obstetrical care.

- Schedule: Full-Time | 4 days/week (3 clinic/rounding days, 1 24-hour call day, and the post-call day off). \n
- Call/Weekends: 1 24-hour call day per week (can be taken from home) and 1 weekend every 6 weeks. \n
- Locations: Outpatient clinic in Winchester, VA, with hospital rounding and deliveries directly across the street at Winchester Medical Center (featuring a state-of-the-art L&D unit and Level III NICU). \n

- Supportive Environment: Work collaboratively alongside a tenured team of 9 Board-Certified Physicians, 3 NPs, 2 CNMs, and a robust support staff of 38 employees, including 14 Medical Assistants and 3 ultrasonographers. - Broad Scope of Care: Manage a diverse patient panel ranging from adolescents to advanced maternal age, seeing patients from their first prenatal visit through the end of their pregnancy and postpartum phase. \n
- Clinical Duties: Focus primarily on obstetrics. Responsibilities include morning hospital rounds, managing labor, independent vaginal deliveries, postpartum care, and afternoon office visits for standard prenatal care. \n

Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.\n

Qualifications:

- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain). \n
- Experience: Open to all experience levels; new graduates are highly encouraged to apply. \n
- Attributes: Strong bedside manner, a relationship-based approach to care, and HIPAA compliance. \n
