    Analyzes system requirements and ensures integration of hardware, software, and network components.

    Builds and develops system architectures, engineering plans, and technical documentation.

  • \n

    Implements and manages system configurations, security protocols, and operating environments.

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Installs, configures, tests, and maintains operating systems and application software.

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Performs system upgrades and migrations.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Monitors system performance and recommends improvements.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Creates and maintains documentation, including diagrams and user manuals.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Ensures compliance with cybersecurity policies and federal IT standards.

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Tests, integrates, and validates system activities.

\n

Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, or IT with minimum 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, administration, or IT infrastructure support.

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    ITIL, Atlassian (JIRA) Certification required.
