A locally owned food manufacturer, operates an extremely well maintained dry food facility and is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to be the go-to troubleshooter supporting production. \n

\n
\n As a Senior Maintenance Technician, your duties include:\n
\n
    \n
  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, and automated machinery
    • \n
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using hand tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment
    • \n
  • Document repairs, adjustments, and mechanical maintenance reports
    • \n
  • Partner with Production and Engineering on preventive maintenance schedules and equipment upgrades
    • \n
  • Train and support other maintenance technicians
    • \n

\n Schedule\n
\n
    \n
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. \n
      \n
    • The first two weeks of training run 7:00am to 3:30pm.

\n Pay: $32 to $36 per hour, depending on experience\n
\n

\n
\n Senior Maintenance Technician Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • 4+ years of production maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
    • \n
  • Strong troubleshooting of automated mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment, including pneumatic actuators and cylinders
    • \n
  • Ability to interpret manuals and schematics, with strong knowledge of mechanical alignment
    • \n
  • Skilled with hand tools and multimeters to diagnose equipment problems
    • \n
  • Experience writing maintenance procedures and reports, with basic MS Office knowledge
    • \n
