Position:

• Technology-enabled clinical environment designed to support efficiency and quality
\n
• Full-time General Dentist and Orthodontist typically share the same location
\n
• Supported by a Registered Dental Hygienist, 1–2 Dental Assistants, and access to on-site specialists (oral surgery, perio, endo, etc.)
\n
• Typical Schedule: Monday–Thursday
\n
• Primarily adults
\n
• Average daily volume: 8–10 patients per day
\n
• Procedures are bread-and-butter dentistry, with flexibility to focus on procedures aligned with each dentist’s comfort level and expertise
\n
• Payor mix is approximately 70–80% PPO, 20–30% fee-for-service; no HMO or Medicaid
\n
• AI-driven clinical documentation, digital radiography and CBCT imaging systems, intraoral scanners (iTero or 3Shape), electric handpieces, ergonomic chairs, and paperless EHR platforms
\n
