\nOur client is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Dentist or an experienced General Dentist with pediatric experience to join a busy, well-established pediatric practice in Beaumont, Texas.\n

Responsibilities\n
\n
\n• Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients ages 1–21, with the majority of patients between 3–9 years old\n
\n• Perform Stainless Steel Crowns (SSCs), fillings, pulpotomies, and simple extractions\n
\n• Complete hygiene checks and recare exams throughout the day\n
\n• Provide same-day treatment when clinically appropriate\n
\n• Build trusting relationships with children and their families\n
\n• Educate patients and parents on lifelong oral health habits\n
\n• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced pediatric practice\n
\n
Qualifications\n
\n
\n• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school\n
\n• Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with at least one year of experience treating pediatric patients\n
\n• Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain)\n
\n• Active Medicaid Provider ID\n
\n• Current Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required by state)\n
\n• Comfortable treating pediatric patients ages 1–21, primarily ages 3–9\n
\n• Comfortable managing patient behavior and communicating effectively with children and parents\n
\n• Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n
\n• Excellent chairside manner\n
\n• Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient-focused approach\n
\n
Practice Environment\n
\n
\n• Comfortable seeing approximately 35–50 patients per day\n
\n• Manage approximately 12–15 operative patients daily while completing hygiene checks\n
\n• Approximately 70% hygiene checks and recare exams\n
\n• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume pediatric office\n
\n• Experience treating Medicaid and underserved patient populations\n
\n
