Schedule:
\n Full-time, day shift, no weekends

Responsibilities:

\n - Oversee all hospital laboratory operations
\n - Manage staffing, budgets, and compliance
\n - Ensure regulatory accreditation standards are met
\n - Lead quality improvement initiatives
\n

Qualifications:

\n - Bachelor’s or higher degree in laboratory science or related field
\n - Prior hospital lab leadership experience required
