We are seeking a Supervisor for an Immunohematology Reference Laboratory (SBB role).

Schedule:

\n - Full-time, day shift
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Supervise immunohematology reference lab operations
\n - Oversee complex antibody workups and blood bank testing
\n - Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
\n - Lead and support laboratory staff
\n
\n
Qualifications:
\n
\n - Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field
\n - SBB (Specialist in Blood Bank) certification required or preferred
\n - Strong blood bank/immunohematology experience required
\n - Prior supervisory experience preferred
\n
\n
