PA- Urology - Lakeland, FL
\nThe Urology Department at Watson Clinic is seeking a skilled PA to join our collaborative team and deliver exceptional, patient-centered urologic care across inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative settings.
\nAbout the Inpatient Role

Provide comprehensive care across clinic, hospital, outpatient, and perioperative environments.
\n - \n
Support outpatient urology services, including follow-up visits, chronic condition management, diagnostic evaluations, and patient education.
\n - \n
Perform First Assist responsibilities in the operating room.
\n - \n
Manage post-operative care, including rounding, orders, and discharge planning.
\n - \n
Complete admissions, histories & physicals, discharges, consults, and triage.
\n - \n
Partner closely with urologists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care.
\n
About the Outpatient Role

Provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care, including follow-up visits, chronic condition management, and patient education.
\n - \n
Conduct evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
\n - \n
Perform in-office procedures as appropriate to scope and training.
\n - \n
Collaborate closely with urologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
\n - \n
Support patient access by managing both scheduled and same-day visits.
\n
Preferred Experience & Attributes
\n- \n
- \n
Prior experience in Urology, Surgery, Hospital Medicine, or other acute care settings strongly preferred.
\n - \n
Strong procedural skills, sound clinical judgment, and excellent communication in fast-paced environments.
\n - \n
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset.
\n
Schedule & Call

Full-time schedule aligned with service needs across clinic, outpatient, hospital, and OR settings.
\n - \n
On-call responsibilities required as part of team coverage.
\n
