Our organization is excited to present a career opportunity for a Family Medicine physician to join an established practice in Rowlett, Texas. This area, located to the east of Dallas, is witnessing significant growth as the DFW metroplex expands. Position Details:- Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Leverage advanced technology to streamline workload and enhance patient care
- Deliver comprehensive family medicine services to a varied patient demographic
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Utilize the EPIC EMR documentation system
- Must be board certified or board eligible in family medicine, with a valid Texas license
- Employed position within one of the largest healthcare systems in North Texas
- Initial salary guarantee with a compensation structure based on work RVUs and qualifying bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401k and malpractice insurance coverage
- Texas is a TORT reform state
- Outpatient-only practice with no hospital call responsibilities
- Experience with a Medicare patient population is preferred
- Established practice with over 20 years of operation
