Job Description
Join a New York-based debt finance team advising on syndicated and leveraged finance transactions. This mid-level role offers exposure to a broad range of banking matters within a collaborative, high-performing environment. Description Advise clients on complex debt finance transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related documentation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support client needs. Provide legal analysis and recommendations on financing structures. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all transactions. Support business development efforts by contributing to client pitches and proposals. Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in debt finance. Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth. Profile A successful candidate should have: A strong educational background in law and admission to the bar in New York. Experience with debt finance transactions and related legal documentation. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues. A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Job Offer Competitive base salary estimate of $365,000 to $435,000 aligned to JD year and other relevant factors.
