We are recruiting Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians to join our team at Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are recruiting for clinical positions as well as an academic leadership team for the new Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship program. • Academic Site for six residency programs, including Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine

• Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program begins July 2027

Compensation

\n
• Starting Bonus: $25k for one year full-time commitment and $50k for two year full-time W2 positions
\n
• Fellowship Stipend: $2,000k per month available for up to 18 months
\n
• W2: $200/hr + $12 per RVU including 10% QSP (QSP guaranteed at 100% for first 90 days)
\n
• 1099: $210/hr + $12 per RVU including 10% QSP (QSP guaranteed at 100% for first 90 days)
\n
• QSP: Quality Service Performance metrics pay is based on national, hospital-specific, and group membership measures
\n
• Shift Buydown: opportunity for shift buydown with academic leadership roles
\n
