Outpatient Neurologist Neuromuscular Focus

\n

Core Clinical Skills & Expertise

\n
    \n
  • Diagnosis and management of neuromuscular disorders, including:\n
      \n
    • Peripheral neuropathies
    • \n
    • Myopathies
    • \n
    • Motor neuron diseases
    • \n
    • Neuromuscular junction disorders (e.g., myasthenia gravis)
    • \n
  • \n
  • Proficiency in EMG and nerve conduction studies
  • \n
  • Long-term disease management, including immunotherapy and infusion-based treatments
  • \n
  • Multidisciplinary coordination with PT/OT, pulmonology, rheumatology, and rehabilitation services
  • \n
  • Management of functional decline, mobility issues, and chronic neuromuscular symptoms
  • \n
  • Patient-centered counseling regarding disease progression and supportive care planning
  • \n
