Position Highlights
  • Our modern Ambulatory Surgery Center, just a short drive from Milwaukee, allows you to work weekdays, enjoy your evenings, and avoid long weekends on call.
  • Focus exclusively on outpatient pediatric cases involving healthy children and a variety of common procedures.
  • Flexible options for Full-Time or Part-Time daytime schedules (NO nights, NO weekends, NO on-call duties).
  • Attractive Compensation: $525,000.
  • The facility conducts over 13,000 surgeries annually, including more than 2,300 deliveries.
  • Join a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service line.
  • Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature.
  • Work in an environment dedicated to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.
  • Experience the EPIC EMR System: As the largest user of EPIC in the nation, we ensure an optimized electronic medical record system.
Training and Experience Required
  • Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology.
  • Pediatric fellowship preferred, but substantial experience is acceptable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Pediatric Anesthesia is preferred.
