We are in search of an OBGYN Laborist to support a thriving obstetrics and gynecology team within our healthcare organization. This role is based in Federal Way, a charming suburb of Seattle.

  • Board Certified with ACOG

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in OBGYN following residency is essential

  • Become part of a well-established and active women's health team, which includes 5 OBGYN physicians, 6 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

  • The group handles approximately 140–160 deliveries each month

  • Schedule entails seven 24-hour shifts monthly

  • Responsibilities include providing continuous on-site labor and delivery support, collaborating with CNMs, and offering emergency GYN coverage in the ER.

  • Compensation ranges from $325,021 to $481,790
