Our organization is thrilled to announce a full-time position for a Sports Orthopedic Surgery Physician to become part of a dynamic practice in Fresno, California. This role typically involves a Monday to Friday schedule, with shared emergency department call responsibilities among qualified members of the Orthopedics Department.
The ideal candidate should be prepared to handle general orthopedic emergency department calls. We are a physician-led multispecialty group with over 120 providers, actively seeking a sports orthopedic surgeon to enhance our busy orthopedic practice. The team comprises three Orthopedic Surgeons, two Sports Medicine/Family Medicine physicians, and three Advanced Practice Providers.

Situated in Central California, our location boasts a lower cost of living and is conveniently close to Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia National Parks. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality orthopedic care to patients.
- Participate in shared emergency department call.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- Successful completion of an accredited orthopedic residency program.
- Board Certification through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) or the ability to obtain certification within three years.
- Eligibility for California medical licensure and privileges at the affiliated medical center.
- Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
- Willingness to take general orthopedic call.
