Practice Overview

Our organization is a multispecialty group with over 500 providers, currently in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible obstetrician/gynecologist (OB/GYN). We are looking for a dedicated professional who values a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care. The position offers flexibility with options for full-time or part-time schedules, featuring a traditional 4-day work week along with on-call duties (1:4). This role is based in Ontario, OR, at our facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OB-GYN who desires the backing of a large healthcare system and a well-structured multispecialty practice.

Facility Highlights

Our 10-bed Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Unit, which includes a 2-bed newborn nursery, is located in Ontario, OR (approximately 60 miles west of Boise). This unit is clinically integrated with the Obstetrical Unit and supports an annual delivery rate exceeding 400 babies. It stands as the sole facility in Malheur, Payette, Fruitland, Adams, and Washington Counties that provides care by OB-GYN professionals for infants over 36 weeks of gestational age.

Our NICU team adopts a family-centered approach, fostering collaboration between parents and our skilled staff across the Boise, Nampa, and Ontario units to achieve outcomes that surpass national standards. Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency
  • Certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
  • NCC EFM certification within six months of hire
  • Idaho medical licensure and privileges at our Ontario facility
  • Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
