We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Mifflin Center in Shillington, PA. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $116,480 to $120,640, along with an uncapped incentive compensation bonus program.

Key Responsibilities

• The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
• This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities.
• Working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician, the Advanced Practice Provider will deliver patient-specific medical care.
• Primary and urgent care services will be provided to nursing center residents, in partnership with other medical providers at the center.
• Collaboration with Center Leadership is essential to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also required.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• In states where permitted, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration are required for APRNs and PAs.

Salary Range

Annual Salary: USD $116,480.00 - USD $120,640.00
