General Dentist (GP) – Elmira, NY

Our well-established private practice in Elmira, NY is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team at Chemung Family Dental. We have proudly served the community for over 30 years, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Schedule

• Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
\n
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
\n

Duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
\n
• Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
\n
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
\n
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
\n
• Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
\n

Requirements

\n
• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
\n
• Active New York dental license
\n
• Strong clinical and treatment planning skills
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Commitment to patient-centered care
\n
• Dental Sleep Medicine experience is a plus (training available)
\n

Pay & Compensation

\n
• Competitive compensation with strong earning potential
\n
• Daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) for the first 6 months
\n
• After 6 months:

  • 30% of collections up to $50,000/month
  \n
  • 35% of collections over $50,000/month
  \n

• $10,000 sign-on / relocation bonus
\n
• $5,000 CE allowance + professional development support
\n
• $3,000 malpractice and annual retention allowance
