\nAt Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) – Hudson Meadows Retirement, we are seeking a relationship‐driven, consultative sales professional who is passionate about connecting with people, guiding important life decisions, and helping a community grow and thrive. This role is ideal for someone who can thoughtfully drive occupancy forward while building a strong foundation for long-term success, including maintaining high occupancy and developing a healthy waitlist. Your focus will include:

- Growing occupancy toward and within the 95–100% range \n
- Creating sustainable demand through a strong prospect pipeline and waitlist \n
- Delivering a personalized, relationship-first sales experience \n
- Building meaningful connections with prospects, families, and local partners \n
What You'll Do

- Drive & Sustain Occupancy Growth\n
- \n
- Execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase and stabilize occupancy \n
- Balance near-term move-ins with long-term pipeline and waitlist development \n
- Maintain consistent, thoughtful follow-up with prospects based on readiness and timing \n
- Keep CRM accurate and up to date to reflect relationship progress and next steps \n

- Conduct welcoming, personalized tours that focus on lifestyle fit and individual needs \n
- Build trust with seniors and their families through empathy, patience, and understanding \n
- Guide prospects through decision-making at a pace that feels comfortable and informed \n

- Develop lasting relationships with referral partners, including:\n

- Senior living professionals \n
- Community organizations \n
- Local influencers and service providers \n

- Partner with leadership to adjust strategies based on community needs \n
- Provide consistent updates on prospect engagement, outreach efforts, and opportunities \n

What We're Looking For (REQUIRED) This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a relationship-first environment while still understanding how to move prospects forward with intention.

- 2+ years of relationship‐driven, consultative sales experience \n
- Demonstrated ability to:\n

- Manage a sales pipeline with consistent follow-up \n
- Build trust with clients through longer decision cycles \n

Work Requirements

- Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with occasional evenings and events \n
- Reliable transportation for outreach and community engagement \n
- Ability to stay active while conducting tours and interacting throughout the day \n
