\nYou will partner with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to translate complex data into actionable strategies—optimizing reimbursement, improving outcomes, and strengthening Mercy’s long-term sustainability.\n

\nWhat You’ll Do\n
\n• Lead managed care modeling and analytics to support contract strategy and performance optimization\n
\n• Drive financial performance across value-based and risk-bearing reimbursement models\n
\n• Partner with clinical, operational, and finance leaders to ensure readiness and success in managed care contracts\n
\n• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive leaders\n
\n• Develop and execute strategies that achieve key financial and performance targets\n
\n• Provide leadership on complex financial and operational challenges\n
\n• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, timely results on strategic initiatives\n Position Details:\n\n
This is a hybrid role and so candidates must live in one of Mercy's primary communities or be willing to move to one of those locations - St. Louis, MO; Springfield, MO; Cape Girardeau, MO; Northwest Arkansas region; Oklahoma City, OK.
\n Initial training period will be in St. Louis, MO - must be able to travel to that location.

What You’ll Bring
\nRequired Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Healthcare Administration \n
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare finance, managed care, or related field \n
- Prior leadership experience \n
- Experience with hospital reimbursement and/or physician practice operations and reimbursement \n

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive sustainable, positive outcomes \n
- Experience with managed care contracting, including risk-based arrangements (payer or provider side) \n
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities \n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills \n
- Ability to lead through complexity and collaborate across diverse teams \n
Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in a related field \n
