Manage high-acuity neonatal cases in a high-tech, multidisciplinary environment. Participate in scheduled 24/7 in-house coverage alongside neonatal nurse practitioners and other neonatologists. Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care. Supervise and support active resident rotations within the NICU team. Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Deliver family-centered care, ensuring clear communication and empathetic support. Contribute to a balanced and sustainable work schedule to promote physician wellness.
