Quick Facts: Location: 17 Belmont Avenue, Brattleboro, VT 05301 Start Date: 05/29/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Daytime, 40 hours/week Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE) Licensure/Certifications: Vermont state Nurse Practitioner license; must have at least 1 year of experience Experience: Prior urology or similar specialty experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications Benefits: Competitive pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Assist urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating conditions Conduct patient evaluations and assessments Develop and implement treatment and care plans Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests Support urologic surgeries and office procedures Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatments Manage post-operative and follow-up care Coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards Support clinic operations alongside clinical staff What You Need: Active Vermont Nurse Practitioner license Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in urology or related field Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and patient care skills About the Assignment: Join a well-established, hospital-owned physician practice dedicated to providing high-quality urological care in a stable and collegial environment.
