Rochester Regional Health is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Management Physician to join its integrated Neuroscience Institute. This hospital-employed position offers a broad clinical scope, established referral pathways, and centralized operational support within a growing health system.

Role & Clinical Practice\n
    \n
  • Multidisciplinary neuroscience model including Pain Medicine, PM&R, Neurology, and Neurosurgery
  • \n
  • Primarily outpatient practice with inpatient pain consults
  • \n
  • Interventional and non-interventional pain management
  • \n
  • Procedures include injections, advanced pain procedures and implants, neuromodulation, and ultrasound-guided techniques
  • \n
  • Cancer-related pain exposure available (not required)
  • \n
  • Practice across multiple outpatient locations within the system
  • \n
Practice Structure & Support\n
    \n
  • Full-time position
  • \n
  • Shared call model in development with anticipated resident support
  • \n
  • APP support aligned with patient volume
  • \n
  • Dedicated RN/LPN/RT teams for procedural locations
  • \n
  • Centralized scheduling, nurse triage, and prior authorizations
  • \n
  • Onsite medical assistants and patient check-in staff
  • \n
  • Modern outpatient facilities with access to advanced imaging
  • \n
Compensation & Benefits\n
    \n
  • Two-year guaranteed base salary
  • \n
  • RVU-based incentive compensation model thereafter
  • \n
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • \n
  • Relocation assistance
  • \n
  • Four weeks PTO and $3,500 CME allowance
  • \n

Qualifications & Location\n
    \n
  • MD or DO; BC/BE in Pain Medicine via PM&R or Anesthesiology

  • Psychiatry with pain specialization considered
  • \n
  • New graduates welcome
  • \n
  • H-1B visa candidates considered; J-1 visa sponsorship not available
