\nWe are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologists to join our established, multidisciplinary team in Portland, Oregon.
Position Overview\n- \n
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE clinical practice \n
- Practice within a state-of-the-art facility featuring:\n
- \n
- Four TrueBeam linear accelerators \n
- CT simulation \n
- HDR brachytherapy \n
- SRS/SBRT program \n
\n - Subspecialty focus encouraged (2–3 disease sites per physician) \n
- Join a collaborative team of:\n
- \n
- 9 Radiation Oncologists \n
- 1 Nurse Practitioner \n
- 5 Physicists \n
- 7 Dosimetrists \n
\n
- \n
- Single-site practice—no travel required \n
- Cohesive, collegial, and physician-led team \n
- 4-day work week \n
- Dedicated NP support \n
- Expansion underway, including:\n

- Additional linear accelerator \n
- CT simulation suite \n
- Orthovoltage unit \n
\n - Strong interdisciplinary collaboration within an integrated care model \n

- Salary Range: $480,900 – $546,500 annually \n
- Total Rewards Value: $567,400 – $711,700 \n
- Compensation not based on RVUs or fee-for-service \n
