Responsibilities:\n- \n
- Annual deliveries: 3,400 3,900 \n
- Annual NICU admissions: 370 400 \n
- Average daily census: 25 29 infants \n
- Lead and manage a 35-bed Level III NICU, providing full-service neonatal care including: \n
- High-frequency ventilation \n
- Therapeutic hypothermia \n
- Well-baby rounding two weeks per month in collaboration with the Family Medicine Residency Program \n
- Supportive team structure of 4 Neonatologists: \n
- One week on service \n
- Every other night call \n
- One week off \n
- 24/7 NNP coverage \n
- Strong subspecialty support including Cardiology, Pediatric Surgery, Ophthalmology, and collaboration with a 3-physician Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) team \n
- A South Carolina medical license is preferred but not required to apply \n
