We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Beaumont, TX. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality care across all stages of life.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management \n
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan \n
- Perform wellness exams, annual physicals, and routine health screenings \n
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies \n
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans \n
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices \n
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR \n
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care \n

- Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant \n
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) \n
- Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred \n
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team \n
