Loudon Industries, Inc and Rock Hog Drilling Products is accepting applications for direct hire employment at its Mercersburg, PA plant:

CNC Lathe and Machining Center Setup Technician

As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for the following:

• Setups, edits, short runs to mid-size production runs.
• Inspection of Parts.
• First Piece and First Article Inspection.
• Maintaining set machine rates.

To qualify for this position, you will possess the following experience and education:

• Minimum of 2-years previous experience doing CNC Lathe and Machining Center setups.
• Working knowledge of G & M code and Mazatrol programming.
• Ability to read & interpret mechanical drawings.
• Ability to use and read measuring equipment.
• Familiar with ISO-9002 standards.
• Computer literate.

The following should be considered as an asset:

• Knowledge of machining.
• Knowledge of Mazak, Okuma, Mitsubishi, Fanuc & Haas Machine Controls.
